FOUNDATION SQUAD - Lead Coach : Paul Macgregor

SPRINTS - JUMPS - HURDLES SQUAD - Lead Coach : Jim Macgregor
Our main group for Sprints, jumps and hurdles. These are split into the Development squad and Senior squad. These are athletes that have been doing athletics for a few years, who are regular competitors and are used to the higher fitness level of training.
